REGULAR MEETING MARCH 12, 2012 NONREVERTING LOSS RECOVERY FUND (NO. 227) IN 2012 FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT BELLEVILLE AND HOWARD PARKS This bill had third reading. Councilmember Varner made a motion to pass this bill. Councilmember White seconded the motion which carried. The bill passed by a roll call vote of nine (9) ayes. ORDINANCE NO. 10152-12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $5,200.00 FROM THE GIFT, DONATION AND BEQUEST FUND (NO. 217) IN 2012 FOR THE DESIGN, PRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF WAYFINDING BICYCLE SIGNS This bill had third reading. RESOLUTIONS BILL NO.12-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING A PETITION OF THE AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1434 GARLAND CIRCLE Councilmember White made a motion to continue this bill until the March 26, 2012 meeting of the Council at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember Varner seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes.
