3. This Resolution is hereby designated and constitutes the written order of <br />the Area Plan Commission approving the Declaratory Resolution and the Plan, as amended by <br />the Declaratory Resolution, pursuant to the requirements of Section 16 of the Act. <br />4. The Secretary of the Area Plan Commission is hereby directed to forward a <br />copy of this Resolution together with the Declaratory Resolution to the South Bend City Common <br />Council for its consideration. <br />5.
