ZONING & ANNEXATION <br />APRIL 9, 2012 <br />Committee Members Present: <br />David Varner, Gavin Ferlic, Fred Ferlic <br />Other Council: <br />Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Karen White, Valerie Schey <br />Citizen Member: <br />Vacant <br />Others Present: <br />Mark Neal, Kathy Cekanski - Farrand, Carol Davis <br />Agenda: Bill No. 12 -21 — Annexation Fiscal Plan ( Alibaba's) <br />Bill No. 82 -11 — Rezone Alibaba's <br />Bill No. 12 -06 — Special Exception — Alibaba's <br />In the absence of Chairperson Oliver Davis, Vice - Chairperson David Varner with <br />a quorum present noted the receipt of a letter from the petitioner asking all three <br />bills he originally filed, Bill No. 12 -21, 82 -11, and 12 -06, be withdrawn. Separate <br />motions to strike for each bill were initiated by Councilmember Gavin Ferlic, <br />seconded by Councilmember Fred Ferlic and supported by all to recommend to <br />full Council all three bills be stricken at the petitioners request. <br />There being no further business to come before the committee at this time, Vice - <br />Chairperson David Varner adjourned the meeting at 6:34 p.m. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />David Varner, Vice- Chairperson <br />Zoning & Annexation Committee <br />
