REGULAR MEETING APRIL 10, 2012 127 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the above bids were <br />referred to Waste Water for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF PROPOSALS -- DIVERSITY COMPLIANCE OFFICER CONTRACTUAL <br />SERVICES <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Proposals for <br />the above referenced project. He noted these proposals will be <br />reviewed and scored based on the matrix system by a team made up of Board of Works, City <br />Administration, and Diversity Board representatives. Ms. Greene requested as part of the <br />review, the review team look through and confirm all of the proposals conform to the <br />requirements of the proposal request. Mr. Gilot noted the team will review everything, and cost <br />will not be the determining factor in this project, just one of the many parts reviewed. He added <br />they will publish the scoring matrix and recommendation when it is done. Mr. Gilot made note <br />that as part of the specifications of this proposal, the review team reserved the right to interview <br />anyone that is found to be a clear front - runner. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Ms. Roos and carried, the above proposals were referred to the review team for <br />tabulation and recommendation. <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF QUOTATIONS — APPROVE CONTRACT — HIGH STREET <br />AND HAWBAKER STREET SITE IMPROVEMENTS -- PROJECT NO. 112 -017 (SSDA TIFF <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations <br />for the above referenced project.
