Pfeifer <br />President, South Bend Common Council <br />455 County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Morris Performing Arts Center Capital Improvement Appropriations Ordinance <br />Dear Ms. Pfeifer: <br />I attach for filing with the South Bend Common Council an Ordinance requesting an <br />appropriation of $35,000, within the Moms Performing Arts Center Improvement Fund <br />(Fund 416). Revenues from this fund are generated by the ticket surcharge and the fund is used <br />exclusively for capital improvements such as renovation, remodeling, and specifically here, <br />equipment to improve the facilities. <br />The improvements for which the Morris Performing Arts Center desires appropriation consist of <br />the following: <br />$35,000.00 Repair, service and replacement of boiler components <br />in the mechanical room of the Moms Performing Arts Center <br />The Morns Performing Arts Center requests the Council's approval of this Ordinance that will <br />benefit the City and its citizens. <br />Sincerely, <br />Dennis dres <br />Executive Director <br />DJA/me <br />Attachment <br />Morris Performing Arts Center • 21 I N.
