Mr. Matthews noted that <br />at the East Bank Townhomes, the price point <br />was $180,000, but people added basements <br />and roof -top decks which then raised the <br />price. They will close at between $380,000 <br />and over a half million each. <br />Mr. Davis asked what color brick will be <br />used. Mr. Matthews replied that they will be <br />red in keeping with the structures around it. <br />Mr. Varner asked what the square footage <br />was for a three story town home. Mr. <br />Matthews answered 3,000 sq. ft. Lot size is <br />22 feet wide. <br />Staff requests Commission approval of the <br />final site plan and building specifications, to <br />allow the development of this site into 10 <br />single family townhomes. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Davis and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the final site plan and <br />development specifications for the <br />disposition parcel at Jefferson & Niles. <br />(former Troeger site) <br />(2) Contract for Sale of Land for 502 W. <br />Western Avenue (former Harmon Auto <br />Glass). <br />Mr. Schalliol asked that this item be tabled <br />due to some legal issues to work out. Staff <br />will revisit this item at the next meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Davis and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled Item 6.B.(2) <br />C.
