In addition to updates on ongoing programs in this area, such reports <br /> Fred Ferlic would provide regular and systematic updates on the development of energy policies <br /> Fourth District within the City. <br /> David Varner We acknowledge that the City of South Bend is involved in the development of a <br /> Fifth District Strategic Energy Plan to address the current and long-term energy need of the city. <br /> However, completing the information loop on these endeavors, by regular updates and <br /> Oliver J.
