It would update the <br /> Valerie Schey Council's current regulations for making citizen appointments to the various <br /> Third District boards, commissions, and other agencies. <br /> Fred Ferlic The ordinance would have as part of the application process that each <br /> Fourth District applicant include his or her cell number, as well as their email address. <br /> Additionally it calls for a quarterly update from each citizen appointee via <br /> David Varner sending such quarterly reports via email. Such reports would summarize past <br /> Fifth District activities as well as ongoing and/or upcoming key activities which are under <br /> Oliver J. Davis <br /> consideration. <br /> Sixth District The Common Council will be acting upon a Resolution at the April 23rd <br /> Derek D. Dieter Council meeting which thanks all past and former citizen appointees for their <br /> At Large dedicated time and service. We believe that the proposed amendments would <br /> assist the Council with regard to receiving regular and systematic informal <br /> Gavin Feriic updates from each of our citizen appointments.
