The Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD)process requires a written <br /> notification of intent to participate, and the passage of a resolution authorizing the chief elected officer of <br /> the jurisdiction to execute renewal documents. The renewal agreement will cover years 2013-2015. <br /> Mayor's Buttigieg's letter noting South Bend's intent to participate is attached. <br /> Re-establishing the Consortium will allow continuation of this valuable community resource.
