Rebuilding Together is rehabilitating 18 homes in South <br /> Bend's River Park neighborhood. <br /> Members of the St. Joseph Valley Building Trades will provide plumbing, electrical, <br /> roofing, painting, carpentry, sheet metal and other repairs to help low-income <br /> homeowners, especially the elderly and disabled. The locations of homes that will <br /> receive extensive Skilled Trades work include 1001 S.
