Other <br /> (2) continued... <br /> with CBRE and knew it could give us a hand <br /> immediately. <br /> Mr. Davis asked what CBRE's track record <br /> was. Mr. Inks responded that in this case <br /> staff needed CBRE to lend its expertise as <br /> real estate professionals to put together an <br /> offer for a property. The type of business <br /> does not come into play in terms of the offer. <br /> Staff needed CBRE's expertise to obtain <br /> estimates for build-out of tenant <br /> improvements to satisfy the needs of the <br /> potential tenant. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE LEASING <br /> Mr. Davis and unanimously carried, the AGREEMENT WITH CBRE/BRADLEY FOR <br /> Commission approved the Leasing COMMISSION-OWNED PROPERTIES(130/202 E. <br /> SAMPLE AND 329 S LAFAYETTE�. <br /> Agreement with CBRE/Bradley for <br /> Commission-owned properties (130/202 E. <br /> Sample and 329 S Lafayette). <br /> B. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (5) Memorandum of Understanding with <br /> Union Station Properties for the <br /> Renaissance District, Phase I. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that at the Commission <br /> meeting on March 13, the South Bend <br /> Redevelopment Commission unanimously <br /> approved a five point terms agreement <br /> relative to the first Phase of the Renaissance <br /> District Project proposed for the southern end <br /> of the central business district. The action <br /> requested by staff at that meeting was <br /> Commission approval of the terms that <br /> 16 <br />
