ORDINANCE NO. ~( z,S-erg <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />APPROPRIATING $100,000 WITHIN THE U.D.A.G. FUND (FUND 410) OF THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF PROVIDING PREDEVELOPMENT COSTS FOR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PROJECTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />Statement of Purpose and Intent: <br />In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of Urban Development Action <br />Grant Reimbursement Funds and to further the implementation of the redevelopment plans <br />within the City, certain appropriations are necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated within Urban Development <br />Action Grant (UDAG) Fund 410 to pay predevelopment costs for existent and potential <br />development projects within the City of South Bend in calendar year 2008. <br />SECTION II.
