After a predetermined number of fills at the retail <br />pharmacy, members must make a choice of whether to switch to home delivery or continue obtaining <br />the medication through the retail pharmacy. Members must notify the home delivery pharmacy of their <br />choice. Members receive initial and reminder letters and phone calls to inform them of the program, the <br />benefits they receive and to help them with making their decision.
