DIETER <br />DATE: APRIL 2, 2012 <br />RE: NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION ` <br />An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the Members of the South Bend Common Council <br />will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday April 4, 2012 in the Council Informal <br />Meeting Room 4 Floor County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 <br />(b) (6) (A) (8). Said Executive Session is being called for the following instances: <br />with respect to an individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction <br />which includes receiving information concerning the individual's alleged <br />misconduct; and to discuss before a determination, the individual status as an <br />employee of the South Bend Police Department.
