Hostetler, Director <br />Please find the attached Ordinance which has been prepared for introduction to the <br />Common Council. The purposed of this Ordinance is to establish the property located at <br />1922 Portage Avenue, South Bend, Indiana as an historic Landmark. The described real <br />estate is referenced as Tax Key Number 018 2169 6228. <br />At its public hearing on 27 February 2012 the Historic Preservation Commission <br />recommended designation of this property to the Common Council.
