We are attaching for your <br />Fourth District review, a copy of Indiana Code § 7.1 -3 -20 -16.1, which sets forth the process to be <br />followed. <br />David Varner <br />Fifth District Throughout the State of Indiana, many communities have exercised the opportunity <br />to develop vibrant riverfronts. White <br />increased their permits from five (5) to ten (10) three -way alcohol permits At Large within the District [Resolution No. 27 -2010, Local Guidelines addressing <br />objectives and criteria for license allocation, ur oses & <br />p p goals, District <br />requirements, criteria & factors, application procedures attached] <br />Town of Highland, Indiana's Riverfront Development District which <br />focuses on their Ordinance Nos. 1400 and 1433 passed on July 14, 2008, and <br />sets for the overview, procedure and the State of Indiana forms for <br />"Application for new or Transfer Permit" and the "Property Tax Clearance <br />Schedule" as well as the Town of Highland Redevelopment Commission <br />verification form for proposed restaurants to be located within the riverfront <br />district including the Lake County Surveyor's Office verification. <br />
