PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION MARCH 8, 2012 74 <br />The Agenda Review Session of the Board of Public Works was convened at 10:30 a.m. on <br />Thursday, March 8, 2012, by Board President Mr. Gary A. Gilot, with Board Member Donald E. <br />Inks present. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. Ms. Jennifer Corle, Engineering, <br />was present in the absence of the Clerk of the Board, Linda Martin, to present the Board with a <br />proposed agenda of items presented by the public and by City Staff. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Gilot noted the additions to the agenda of a quotation award, an agreement with AEP and a <br />quotation opening. <br />REMOVAL FROM AGENDA <br />Ms. Corle stated the agreement amendment with DLZ Indiana, LLC, which was on the agenda, is <br />being removed, This item will be presented at a later date. <br />OPENING OF BIDS — WESTERN AVENUE AND LAUREL STREET — SIGNALIZATION <br />IMPROVEMENT --- PROJECT NO. 111 -079 (LRSA) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient.
