South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —March 13, 2012 <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />President <br />Mr. Downes nominated Ms. Marcia Jones to serve as <br />President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The nomination was seconded by Mr. <br />Alford. There were no further nominations. The vote <br />being unanimous, Ms. Marcia Jones was elected <br />President for 2012. <br />Secretary <br />Mr. Varner nominated M. Donald Alford to serve as <br />Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The nomination was seconded by Mr. <br />Downes. There were no further nominations. The vote <br />being unanimous, Mr. Donald Alford was elected <br />Secretary for 2012. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Tuesday, February 14, 2012. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. <br />Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Tuesday, February 14, 2012. <br />3.
