South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —March 13, 2012 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />C. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(4) continued... <br />Agreement (Nimtz Parkway Multi -Use Path, <br />Phase 1 —Engineering Supplement # 1). <br />(5) Resolution No. 3011 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br />to the Master Agency Agreement <br />(Mayflower Road Planning Study). <br />Mr. Schalliol asked that this item be tabled <br />until the next Redevelopment Commission <br />meeting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION TABLED ITEM 6C (5). <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled Item 6C (5). <br />(6) Proposal for Phase II Environmental <br />Study at 600 United Drive (Ivy Tower). <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Wightman Petrie <br />submitted a proposal to provide Phase II <br />Environmental Services at the Ivy Tower site <br />at 600 United Drive. The purpose of the <br />Phase II is to do some site specific testing to <br />determine environmental conditions and to <br />set baseline levels for potential cross site <br />contamination. In January 2012, Wightman <br />Petrie was hired by the Commission to <br />complete the Phase I ESA for the site. This <br />proposal is a continuation of that work. <br />The fee for the scope of work is $12,600. <br />The Ivy Tower site is located within the <br />proposed Renaissance District and the site <br />study is a component of work to be done in <br />the future.
