Provide approximately six (6) horizontal and vertical control points necessary for <br />mapping the site. <br />2. Provide conventional survey methods to compliment those areas that were not <br />readily visible from the aerial mapping. <br />3. Provide additional spot elevation shots for each green. <br />4. Perform field checks to verify existing features located from the preparation of the <br />aerial mapping and conventional methods. <br />5. Digital files of the topographic surveys shall be furnished as well as paper copies <br />for your review. <br />The estimated fee for performing these services is $18,769.00. <br />This estimated fee includes outside service fees associated with the aerial mapping. <br />OPTION TWO (SPECIFED AREAS MEASURED CONVENTIONALLY) <br />This option includes the following tasks: <br />1. Only those areas specified by Burke Engineering will be measured with <br />conventional survey methods. <br />2. Establish horizontal and vertical control. <br />3. Provide additional spot elevation shots for each green. <br />4. Perform field checks to verify existing features. <br />5. Digital files of the topographic surveys shall be furnished as well as paper copies <br />for your review. <br />The estimated fee for performing these services is $21,016.00. <br />Be assured that all of the above will be delivered in a timely manner with the timetable of the <br />project held foremost.
