The one on east side (front of Sax Store) I protested , owing to my Mayne St. connections, but you arbitrarily made this useless conne ction and allowed the 22 feet (C.L. Resolved, that notices as to assessment as required by statute be published on. the 15th. day of December and on the 22nd. day of December 1916 in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing an the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hail on the 2nd. day of January 1917 at 7: 45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
