315 Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. Mr. J. B. Weber absent. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estate for grade, curb wan walk on Ninth Street '-from Pleasant Street to St. Joseph 1 ,iver,, under Improvement Resolution No. 462.. In the City of South Bend, Indiana, ' Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be publsihed for sux consecutive days: in the South Bend Daily tribune, commencing on. the 4th.: day of December .1916 stating that this `Board will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessments `dt1 its office in the City Hall December 19th. 1916. at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and anpr.oved a:nd the f ina.1 estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resole- t ion shall be pub 1 ishead on the 4th.. _day of December 1916 in the. South ,Bend Daily tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at. its of -rice in the City Hall on the 19th. day of December 1916 at 7: 45 P.M. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed, The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed November 14th. ,1916 is benef fitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment toll filed November 14th.1,1916 a;nd the final estimate allowed November 14th.,1916. should be and the sage is hereby in all things, rat if ied c onf irmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment roll -and final estimate for water connections on Euclid Avenue from La Porte Avenue to Walnut Street, under Improvement. Resolution No. 473. In the City of South Bernd , Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed K. Resolved, that notices as to assessments as required by statute be published on the 29th. day of November 1916. and on the 6th. day of December 1916. in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its bff ice in the City Hall on the 19th. day of December 1916 at 7:45 P.M. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. The Board has ordered 'that notices of such award of damages and aassessg- menets of, benefits be served a ccording to law, and'that a hearing be given on the 19th day of December. 1916 at 7:45 P.M. at the office of the Board in the City Hall for the purpose of hearing remonstrators and receiving remonstrances°from any person or persons interested in said matter.
