Sweenry, Clerk of the Board. ,i Hearing given on rolls of awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the Batter of appropriating for pub 1 is use a strip of land for the opening of alley east of. St. Peter Street from First alley north of South Bend Avenue to Corby Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 44. In the City; of South Bend,. Indiana. In the above matter Mrs. Marble, Mrs. Lemert and M-r. Hodson appeared and remonstrated against said opening, but no written remonstrances were filed. The Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benef itted and damaged respectively as shown in said roll in and below described, and said roll is hereby in all things rat if ied , c onf irmed and approved and all action under C Ondemnat ion Resolution No. 44 is hereby concluded.
