Ridenour members of the Park Board appeared before the Board and requested that the Board adopt a resolution for the appropriation of lots 10,12,13 and 14 C oqu it lard t s 2nd . Add it ion for a roadway of the proposed boulevard. By unanimous consent of the Board a resolution was adopted and ordered set for hearing for the same. Hearing on Track Sep.�rat ion Resolution No. 2 is hereby deferred by v the Board until Wednesday November 15th.1,1916. at 11:00 A.M. EngAneer filed assessment roll and final estimate for concrete pavement on alley west of Lafayette Street from Marion Street to Navarre Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 452. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published fop six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune, c ommenc ing on the 20th. day of November. 1916. stating that this Board will givea hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on December 5th.,1916. at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estim to thereon allowed and that notice of this resolution shall be published on the 201011. day of November 1916 in the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will ;ive a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 5th. day of December 1916 at 7:45 P.U.
