All members present., <br />The Beard ordered the sidewalk improvement resolution on Lincoln Way <br />East from Premont Street to Kensington Addition be readvertised for bids. Same <br />to be advertised on the 13th. day of October 1916. and on the 20th. 'day of October <br />1916 in the, Snuth `Bend Daily. Tribune, stating that this Beard will receive <br />bids for the construction of said improvement up to lQi OO A.M. an the 31st:. <br />day -of -October 1916.at The Board reserves the right to reject any or all <br />bids* o <br />The Board had up for discussion. the amount of damages due J. �. <br />Studelamker on Eddy Street and Mishawaka Avenue widening. The City Engineer <br />was instructed to take thismatter up with the -above named _parties and <br />arrang:em for thesettlement of the same. ` <br />President. <br />
