Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published fmr six consecutive dgys in the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on. the 25th. day of September 1916, stating the.t this Board will give a hearing on hhe amount of such assess rents 'at its office in the City Hall on the 3rd:°. day of October 1916 at 71:45 P.V-. And the Beard bei" fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said imr_rovements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reorted by t'!e City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action or, said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all - things ratified, confirmed and aproved.
