All members present. <br />This being the date set for the hearing on Resolution No. 2 for Track <br />Se aration of the New York Central Railway Company between Michigan Street and Chapin Street <br />in this City. All companies that were notified were represented and remonstrances. <br />were filed as follows: New York Central Ry. Company by Van Fleet Hubbell and Dinnen, their <br />Attorneys . Grand Trunk Western Ry Company by Anders on,Parker Crabill and Crumpacker <br />their attorneys, Vanda lia Ry. Company by Anderson, Parker Crab ill and Crumpacker, their <br />Attorneys 4 Mr . L"`>,R.-�.Ma rt in, appeared for the Oliver Chill Plow Company and requested <br />that a continuance be granted until J. D. Oliver was in the City, Also Mr.0 'C,Moon of the <br />New York Central Ry. Compan�r was present at this hearing.
