Board Met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present., <br />Bids were received opened and read for the following imprvements <br />Pipe sewer on .bowman Srevr ,. Grade,. curb walk and gravel roadway on <br />Donald -Street, Pavement on 1st. alley west of Main Street between Monroe Street <br />and South Street. The same were all referred to the City Engineer for tabulation to be <br />reported at -at 7:45 P.M. this llth. day of July 1916 <br />Mr. E. Louis Kuhns appeared before the Board in regard to having an <br />electric light Nhic h is in front of his residence on E . Jefferson Blvd. turned on. The <br />Board informed him they would look after this. <br />Mr. C . B. Stephenson appeared before the Board and discussed the <br />vacation 1:of'4ft. df Ginz Avenue. <br />City Cemetery Sexton filed financial re Acort of the City Cemetery <br />to July 1st. with the Board. <br />Bond and contract forgrading and gravel roadway and sidewalk on east <br />side of Morris Street under Improvement Resolution No. 444 was signed by H.L.DAVIS <br />as prinicpal nd London and Lancashire Indemnity Company of America as sureties was <br />a proved by the Board. <br />The Building Commissioner and the City Electrician filed with the <br />Board reports for their departments for June 1916. <br />Petition from property owners on W. Dondid Street between Main St. and?tiu <br />Street agreeing to have sidewalk and curbing laid together as their street is narrow <br />and will not give them any front yard by not doing this. The same was referred to the <br />City Engineer for a report. <br />President. <br />
