Resolved by the Board of Public Woks of the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not adapted or intended for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and the same is , hereby ordered in and along Frances Street from South Bend Avenue to a point 100 feet north of the north line of Soria Street as follows, to -wit; - Beginning at the denter lime of South Bend Avenue and Frances Street; thence south along the center line of Frances Street to the eente�r''of Campau Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still south along the c center line of said Frances Street to a point 100 feet north of the north line of Soria Street.
