Ecavation bond for the sum of One Thuusand Dollars signed by Harvey L. Hager of this City asprinieipal and London & Lancashire Indemnity Company of America as surety was approved by the Board. Pole and wire inspector reported as follvne. on complaint of pole at rear of 803 Forest Avenue, and the Board approved of th a same. This a a Home Telephone Company pole as there is a duble garage now being built in the rear of this lot the pole should be resett to the north dividing line of the lot. LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMERr RESOLUTION NO. 454. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,County of St. Joseph County, State of Indiana. That the construction of ajocal sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereoni and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and the same is, hereby ordered . in and along Marine .Street • from Indiana Avenue to Calvert Street as follows, to -wit: - Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Indians Avenue and Marine Street; thence south along the center line of Marine Street to the center of Dayton Street with an 18 inch vitrified pipe serer; thence still south along the center line of said :+urine Street to the center of Calvert Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer. Together with the necessary mamhilles, inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb lime along the line of said improvement,.
