126 <br />The City Engineer filed with the Boa rd,the tabulation of bids on the improvement <br />of Keasey Street with pavement. Also the tabulation of bids on w ter connections on <br />Indiana Avenue and on Niles Avenue. <br />Concerning the improvement .of the roadway of keasey Street from Michigan Street <br />to Carroll Street with Asphalt, Asphaltic Concrete, Bithulithic, or Brick; in pursuance <br />to resolution No. 407, this being the clay for receiving and opening bids, the Board <br />at 10.00 A.M. publicly opened, read and considered all bids. <br />And thereupon the Board designated Asphaltic Concrete as the kind of pavert:ent <br />with which said street is to be improved and fixes the 13th. day of May 191E at 10:00 <br />A.M.. as the time when petitions must be filed, and the Board hereby continues this <br />ratter until the 13th. day of May 1916 at 10:00 A.M. and all b-ds were .referred to <br />the City Engineer for tabula.ation and he has reported the lowest and best bid. On the <br />day above :armed the Board will either pass on petitions let said contract, or re; ect <br />all bids. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS* E. M. MORRIS <br />A. H.
