Dear Sirs: The Board of Examiners having in charge the examination of Candidates 3Bor the position of Assistant Electrician have completed their work, and herewith submit their report. Three Candidates were examined, and the following is a list of those receiving a grace above 70% Fred Champaign 83.95y6 Earl Havens--- --- -------- —52.05% Frederick J. Ande rson, Cha i rman E. A. Anutin Secretary. The Board having examined the report handed them by the Examining Board hereby appoints Earl Havens' as the Assistant City Electrician. His term of office to start Monday April loth., 1916. The salary to be $75.00 per month, subject to ratification by the Common Council.
