Tuesday February ist.,1916. Board met in regular session at 7.45 P#Mo fir. E.M Morris,)absent. Mr. A.H. Rice Acting President, hearing given on roller of awards of damages and assessments of bene- fits in the matter of appropriating for public use a strip of land for the Widening of alley from Colfax Avenue'to:Lincoln Way best lying between B O.L.14 & 15 also between Lots 3 & 4 Millerts Sub. of B.O.L. 8 & 9 also between Lots 10 & 12 Chapin's Sub -Die. of Bank Out Lots 1 & 2, under Condemnation Resolution No., 42. In the City -of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance was filed by W.A.Jaq;son, objecting to the amount of damages awarded him for above men- tioned widening. ::The Board after due consideration decided that the property mentioned In said roll are benefited and damaged respectively as shoes in said roll, E d said roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 42 is hereby concluded.
