West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> (1) Resolution No. 3003 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement with the <br /> Board of Public Works (Hansel Center). <br /> Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 3003 <br /> approves an Addendum to the Agency <br /> Agreement with the Board of Public Works <br /> for the renovation of Hansel Center to <br /> become the Notre Dame Center for Arts and <br /> Culture and an anchor on the western edge of <br /> the West Washington Museum Campus. <br /> The Board of Public Works will bid and <br /> oversee the work to transform this historic <br /> building, which now sits vacant and <br /> 4 <br />
