Ms. Greene noted that the contract for <br />this project will need the Consent Decree language included, and the bidders will need to <br />complete the City's E- Verify form. <br />TABLE OPENING OF BIDS — COVELESKI STADIUM REHABILITATION — 2012 <br />IMPROVEMENTS --- PROJECT NO. 112 -007 SBCDA TIF <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. After review of the documents, Attorney <br />Cheryl Greene stated none of the bids contained a Non- Collusion, Non- Debarment, Non - <br />Discrimination Form. Mr. Bill Schalliol, Community and Economic Development, confirmed <br />that the specifications did not include the form. Mr. Gilot stated the bids would be resealed, and <br />the Board would recess and reconvene the meeting at a later time today after an authorized agent <br />of each bidder's company signed and returned the form. Ms. Greene noted her only review of the <br />bids was to assure legal compliance, she did not review the dollar amounts.
