Ind iana, <br />The following deed was received by the Board and approved . <br />WARRANTY DEED. <br />y <br />THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT ' <br />I, Ida Studebaker Kuhns, widow, of ,St. Joseph County , State of <br />CONVEY AND WARRANT <br />TO <br />The Municipal City of South Bend,, <br />of St. Joseph County in th State of Indiana its aaccess©rs and assigns for. the sum of <br />One Dollar (01,00) and other valuable considerations the fallowing Real Estate in <br />St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit: <br />A paficel of land bounded and described by a line running as follows, <br />viz; Beginning at a point on the northerly line of East Jefferson Boulevard in the <br />City of South Bend, Five Hundred Forty-two and three -tenths (542.3) feet south seventy <br />-six (76) degrees, twenty (20) minutes East of the point of intersection of the said <br />Northerly line of East Jefferson Boulevard with the easterly line of Jacob Street <br />in said City, at the Southeast corner of a lot now owned by Cyrus C. Shafer and <br />Caroline F.
