Ind iana, The following deed was received by the Board and approved . WARRANTY DEED. y THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT ' I, Ida Studebaker Kuhns, widow, of ,St. Joseph County , State of CONVEY AND WARRANT TO The Municipal City of South Bend,, of St. Joseph County in th State of Indiana its aaccess©rs and assigns for. the sum of One Dollar (01,00) and other valuable considerations the fallowing Real Estate in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to -wit: A paficel of land bounded and described by a line running as follows, viz; Beginning at a point on the northerly line of East Jefferson Boulevard in the City of South Bend, Five Hundred Forty-two and three -tenths (542.3) feet south seventy -six (76) degrees, twenty (20) minutes East of the point of intersection of the said Northerly line of East Jefferson Boulevard with the easterly line of Jacob Street in said City, at the Southeast corner of a lot now owned by Cyrus C. Shafer and Caroline F. Shafer, thence running North thirteen (13) degrees, forty (40) minutes East along the Easterly line of said Shafer Lot, Three Hundred sixty seven and six tenths (367.6) feet to an angle; thence North two hundred fifty three and thirty --five hundreths (253.35) feet to the South line of East Washington Avenue produced East; thence East on said South line, sixty-six (66t feet; thence south two hundred sixty-one and five -tenths (261.5) feet to an angle; thence South thirteen (13) degrees, Four (4) minutes West, Thr -,e hundred seventy-five and thirty -five h.,)ndreths (375. 35 ) feet t. the Northerly line of East Jefferson Boulevard; thence North Seventy six (76) degrees, Twenty (20) minutes West along said Northerly line, sixty-six (66) feet to the place of beginning, to, be used as and for a public street or highway to be known as Harriet Street. and Covenant for myself, my heirs and personal representatives that I am lawfully seized of the premises, have good right to convey the same and convey the same and guarantee the quiet possession thereof, that the same are free from all encumbrance and that I will Warrant and Defend the title to the same against all lawful claims.
