Complaint about no sidewalk at west side of Birdsall Street at South Shore Ry. at Orange Street crossing. Same ordered put in by the Board. The following communication received read and approved by the Board. Huly 21,1920. Board of Public Works. South Bend, Indiana. Gentlemen: - ° I am ready to open the East and West Streets that intersect Miami Street where the recent paving has been done and will dedicate the land and improve same according to a plat now ready for acceptance, in consideration of the City taking care of the pavement ` fronting on the streets to be opened. Resolved by the Board that bids be advertised on the 24th. day of July 1920 and on the 31s t. day of, July 1920. in the S outk Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will receive bids for the pipe sewer on Frederickson St. and Elmer Street from Olive Street t Lincoln Way West, under Improvement Res.
