<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof -shall be' paved; and

<br />intersect: said. street shall be graded and paved. , The paving material to be used
<br />in making said,,,.impr ovement . shall be- Sheet Asphalt, - B itul ithic, Asphaltic concrete
<br />or brick, and the foundation, shall be. portland cement concrete -six (6) inehes thick
<br />for the Sheet Asphalt, bitulithic asphaltic concrete and brick or roll ed. `gravel
<br />- six. inches thick for thebrick; also cement curb shall be constructed -along
<br />said street where same is, not already constructed; storm water' inlets and conduits
