<br />the preliminary order des ignat ing the kind of pavement, the Board 'at 10:00 A.-.M.

<br />continued their' meeting t o ,Wednesday June 30th. ,1920 at 7: 15 P.M. °
<br />Now on last named date the Board designated Asphaltic concrete
<br />as thek'ind of pavement with which said street is to be improved and f ixes the 12th.
<br />day of July 1920. at 10:00 A.M. as the t 1m� when petitions for changing the kind of
<br />pavement must be Piled, and the Board hereb continues this matter until the 13th.
<br />day of July, 1920 at. 10:00 A.M. On the day above: named the Board will either pass
<br />on. petitions let said .contract or reject all bids.

<br />Bend,' Indiana for - the considaratiou of 69.75 in the year of 1895 under date of
<br />August 1st., the following. described pr oparty:
<br />South one half (�) Of lot 613 Third Addition, in the. City of
<br />Cemetery of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />WHEREAS, said .Thomas A. Ragan having lost said deed and is the
<br />sole `owner of the above described property, and' has no deed for said lot now,-
<br />THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works of the said City, that
<br />the Mayor of said City, be and is hereby instructed to issue a duplicate deed to sad
<br />said ,Thomas A. Ragan for said described property.
