Engineer filed assessment .poll and final estimate for grade, curb and walk on west side of Portage Avenue from A llen Street to C. I. & S. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No. 772. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved by the Boardas a waiver was signed by property owners for said improvement, that no_ advertising be had and that the hearing be held on said assessment roll on the 7th. day ,_of July 1920..at 7: 15 P.M. And resolved further that the entire work under the above o ontract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewers on , Webster street and Olive Strut from Prairie Avenue to Bruce Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 738. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved that the wnt ire work under the above .res olut ion and the contract let uthereunder be in all things, accepted and approved and that said final estimate be allowed, Resolved further that notices in form required by law, be published on the 30th. day of June 1920 and on the 7th. day of July 1920 in the South Bend Daily Tribune a newspaper of general Circulation in this City, setting and fixing the' 14th. day of July 1920 at 7: 15 P.M. at -the office of this Board in the City Hall South Bend, Indiana, as the time and place when this Board, will receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed a:ainst each of the lots and parcels of land on said roll, and will hear and determine whether such lots and parcels of land will be specifically benefited b said improvement by the amounts stated And set forth in said roll.
