<br />6820, 6824, 6828, 6832, 6836, 6840, 6844 MACKEY COURT, 1523 MACKEY
<br />DRIVE (OR 6848 MACKEY COURT), 6847 STEWART DRIVE (OR 1517
<br />MACKEY DRIVE), 6846 STEWART DRIVE (OR 1415 MACKEY DRIVE),
<br />1416 MACKEY DRIVE, 1424 MACKEY DRIVE (OR 6904 STEWART
<br />DRIVE), AND 6811 MACKEY COURT (OR 1529 BRICK DRIVE) ALL IN

<br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has adopted a
<br />Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Residentially Distressed
<br />Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and

<br />6844 MACKEY COURT, 1523 MACKEY DRIVE (OR 6848 MACKEY COURT), 6847
<br />STEWART DRIVE (OR 1517 MACKEY DRIVE), 6846 STEWART DRIVE (OR 1415
<br />MACKEY DRIVE), 1416 MACKEY DRIVE, 1424 MACKEY DRIVE (OR 6904
