<br />paved; and. also the roadwa� -of certain portions of" the streets and alleys which
<br />enter or intersect. said avenueshall. be grWded and °paved. The paving mater ia,.l to be
<br />used in making said ,improvement shall be Sheet -Asphalt, asphaltic concrete, titulitli
<br />or brick, and the foundation shall be portland cement concrete six (6) inches, thick
<br />for the sheet asphalt, bit%ilithic, as#]2 altic concrete and brick or rolled gravel
<br />six , 6) inches .thick for the --brick;. also cement curb shall be constructed along said
<br />avenue where same. is not already constructed; storm water. inlets 'and conduits shall
<br />be constructed where necessary; all manhole. tops and storm water inlets shall., be
<br />set to the propertgrade; cement marginal curb shall b'e. cons`tructed at all street and
<br />alley inteersections where necessary, all is, mo,'e. particularly shown and all in

<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to
<br />improve Hudson Avenue from Portage Avenue to Riverside Drive as follows, wz$:txto-wit
<br />The Roadway of said avenue shall be resurf aced ;also the roadway of
<br />certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said avenue
<br />shall be iresurfaced. The material to be used in making said improvement shall be
<br />Sheet Asphalt, bitulithic., asphaltic concrete or brick, and the foundation -shall be
<br />the present -Macadam pavement; also cement curb shall be constructed along said
<br />avenue where same is not already constructed; storm water inlets and conduits
<br />shall be constructed where necessary; all manhole tops and storm water inlets shall
<br />be ;;at to the proper grade; also cement marginal curb shall be constructed -at all
<br />street and alley intersections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown
<br />and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications
<br />on file in the office of the Department of public works of the City of South Band,
<br />Indiana.
