STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 795. Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve Wayne Street from the east line of St. Joseph Street to the east line of Lafayette Street as follows, *0 -wit: _ The roadway of said street shall be resurfaced; also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said street shall be resurfaced.
