<br />Resolved by the Bo srd of Public ' Works of the City of South Bend, Gounty
<br />of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer,- intended
<br />and adopted only Por local use by the property holders whoa property abuts.thereo:;
<br />abd not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains,, be and
<br />the same is hereby ordered in and along High Street from -Indiana Avenue to bubail
<br />Avenue as follows, to -wit: _..
<br />Beginning at manhole in the inters
<br />-Oet ion of the eenter of
<br />Indiana Avenue and High Street; thence south along the center line of High Street
<br />to a point 95 feet north of the north line of Dubail Avenue with a 12 inch vitrified
<br />Ape sewer, togeth,er with the necessary manholes, storm water inlets, conduits,
<br />and house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement, all as
<br />is more parti6ularly shown and all in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail
<br />drawings and ° spec if icat ions on file in the Office of the Department of Public Wor1m

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public, Wbrks of the'City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a . local sewer, in-
<br />tended and adapted only for local use by the property holders -whose property abuts
<br />thereon, and not intended or. adapted for receiving sewerage -from collateral
<br />drains, be and the same -is hereby ordered in and1ong Stull Street 'from Michigan
<br />Street to Franklin Street as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beg'ning at the center of L Main
<br />Street and Stull Street; thence east along. -the *&rrttr -lime -of •Stull• °St.re°e'V to a
<br />point 100° feet west of the west line of Michigan Street: with. a- 12 inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer. Also beg nning at the. intersection of the center ine of Main Street
<br />and Stull Street; thence west to the east line of the first alley west of Main
<br />Street with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer. Also beginning at the intersection
<br />of the center -line of Franklin Street and Stull Street; thence east along the center
<br />dine of Stull Street t a point 100 feet west of the west line of Lafayette Street
<br />with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes,, -storm
<br />water inlets, conduits And house connections to the curb line along the line of
<br />said improvement, all' as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the
<br />plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the office of the
<br />Department of Public Works of the City of South Bed, Indiana..
