This property is zoned "SF1" <br />Dear Council Members: <br />The above referenced petition of FTC Properties LLC was legally advertised on December 6, 2007. <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals gave it a public hearing on December 20, 2007 at which time the following <br />action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sassano, being seconded by Mr. Kilbase and unanimously carried, <br />the petition for Special Exception to allow off site parking in a "SF1" District, on property located <br />at 1939 Charles Street, is sent to the Common Council with a Favorable Recommendation. <br />The deliberations of the Board of Zoning Appeals and points considered in arriving at the above decision <br />as shotivn in the Minutes of the Public Hearing, and will be forwarded to you at a later date, to be made <br />part of this report. <br />Sincerely, <br />'-° <br />Charles C.
