The Board granted the Ruilding-Commissioner the right to Issue Permit to H. N. Bryant to move house over asphalt streets from 1316 So. Fellows Street to 802 Harrison Avenue in this City. Streets and alleys adjacent are at no time to be used or occupied for storage of materials or debris, or obstructed by work of construction or parts of the building. City of South Bend, Ind Tana. t The Grand Trunk western Railway Company respectfully_requests permissionic lay an additional track across Olive Street and Sample Street within the limits of its present right of way. It is proposed to construct this additional track south of, parallel to and distant thirteen (13) foot canters from the track now used as inter- cliange track with the New Jersey, Indiana Illinois Railroad Company. Your petitioner informs the Board that its car storage facilities in South -Bend are totally inadequate to maet the present needs of shippers and con- signees in this Cl-Cy, acid the proposed track which will be wholly within the limits of its right of way and rill cross only the two streets above mentioned will have a,: total length of 4950 feet 'and will have capacity for storing one hundred ten �110) tars. This ad itional facility will greitly relieve the -'-Congested condition now ax ist ing and which has ex istd(f for some time and will enable your pet it io,. e r to make: more rapid delivary of cars, both inbound and Outbound, for the use of the va,iouc Industries and patrons of the road in said City.
