No. 739 and Pipe sewer on VasssCr Avenue from Allen Street tn:jarpcix�t 30 feet east of the 1st . alley East of Allen Street, under Improvement Re^ olut ion No. 753 and Pavement _ on alley East 'of Michigan Street from Sample Street, to Tutt Street ,under Improvement Resolution No. 711 , on -the 21s t . day of May 1920 -'and on the 28th. day of May 1920 in the South Bend Daily Tribune., stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of ,the above improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 8t)h..) day of June 1920 at The Board reserves the right to re jectb any and all bads.
