Board met in regular session at 7::15 P.M. G. A. Elliott absent, H. P. Rost iser Vice President, Actin- President. . • Hearing had on Impr ovcment Ras Olut ion No. 767 For pipe sewer on Poland StreetfromWalnut Street to Webster•Street, in, the City of South Bend, :Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. And `the Board being fully adv ised In the premises, dee ldes that the benefits .to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as; reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby In all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. 'Resolved further, that n-6t fides be; published on the 14th, day of May 1920 and on the 21st. day of May 1920 in the South Bend Daily Tribune in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on - the 1st.` day of June 1920 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all b ids . ° � a Hearing had on resolution No..766 for pipe sewer -on Meade Street from Kenwood Avenue to Bertrand Street and in Bertrand Street from Olive Street to Anthony Street,.in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed And the ,Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to *property liable to be assessed for said _improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by .the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as Originally -adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
