Dieter <br />RE: Amendment to Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 2 -10 (i) of the South <br />First District <br />Bend Municipal Code addressing the Recording of Standing Committee <br />Henry Davis, Jr. <br />Minutes and Placing Approved Copies on the Council's Website <br />Second District <br />Dear Council Members: <br />Thomas LaFountain <br />Third District <br />Upon review of 1C 36- 4 -6 -9, the wording in Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 2- <br />10(i) is misleading and does not conform to the intent of the state law.
