Flaherty & Collins Properties contributes a matching amount of 50% on <br />the first 6% contributed by the employee. <br />Holidays <br />Full time employees receive 8'/ paid holidays per year. See the Employee Policy <br />Manual for the complete of paid holidays. <br />Vacation <br />Full time employees will receive 40 hours of vacation time upon completion of six <br />months of employment and 80 hours upon completion of 1 year. No Vacation hours will <br />be carried over or paid out. See Employee Policy Manual for available Vacation Hours <br />based upon length of service. <br />Sick Time <br />Full time employees will receive 16 hours of Sick Time for the first six months of <br />employment and 24 hours after 6 months to the completion of 1 year of employment. <br />After one year of full -time employment you will receive forty hours of Sick Time. No <br />Sick Time will be carried over or paid out. <br />Bereavement <br />Flaherty & Collins Properties will pay up to three days of leave due to a death of a family <br />member; spouse, father, mother, children, brother, sister and grandparents of the <br />employee or employee's spouse. <br />Aflac Benefits <br />Flaherty & Collins Properties obtains group rates through AFLAC for additional benefits <br />outlined below. Policies are underwritten individually and are portable if you leave the <br />employment of Flaherty & Collins Properties. Our AFLAC representative will meet with <br />you to discuss premiums and options. Employees must fulfill a 120 day waiting period <br />to participate and be a full -time employee. <br />Personal. Cancer Indemnity Plan. <br />Plan Benefits include First - Occurrence, Hospital Confinement, Medical Imaging, <br />Radiation and Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, and Cancer Screening Wellness. <br />Personal Accident Indemnity Plan <br />Coverage depends on the level of care and nature of accident.
